Insurance has been doing good business in network marketing, when IRDA was in tussle with SEBI, MLM companies kept the insurance business flow up. There are hundred’s of MLM companies in India, who deals with insurance, now the legitimacy of this practice is in question. As per IRDA rules, an insurance policy cannot be sold in the market through MLM business model. Recently a report was done by a magazine on MLM business of TLC Insurance (India) Pvt Ltd.
