नई दिल्ली।<\/span> सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सीबीआई से करोड़ों रुपये के चिटफंड घोटालों में भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक (आरबीआई) और सेबी जैसी नियामक संस्थाओं की भूमिका की जांच करने को कहा है। न्यायमूर्ति टीएस ठाकुर और आदर्श कुमार गोयल की खंडपीठ ने शुक्रवार को कहा कि हमने सीबीआई को तंत्र को प्रभावित करने में सेबी और आरबीआई की भूमिका की जांच करने का आदेश दिया है। <\/span><\/h3>\n

यदि नियामक संस्थाएं आंखें बंद किए बैठी रहें, तो फिर उसकी जांच जरूरी हो जाती है। खंडपीठ ने पिछले साल नौ मई के अपने आदेश का भी हवाला दिया, जिसमें सीबीआई से पोंजी स्कीमों के जरिये दस हजार करोड़ रुपये की धोखाधड़ी की जांच करने को कहा गया था। इन कंपनियों का कारोबार पश्चिम बंगाल और ओडिशा से लेकर असम तक फैला हुआ था। उल्लेखनीय है कि सारधा चिटफंड घोटाले में पश्चिम बंगाल के परिवहन मंत्री मदन मित्रा सहित तृणमूल कांग्रेस के तीन नेता गिरफ्तार किए जा चुके हैं।<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n
