बिहार\/मुजफ्फरपुर <\/span>: ब्रह्मापुरा थाने अंतर्गत कथित चिटफंड कंपनी अनिवेश मार्केटिंग एंड डेवलपर्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के प्रबंध निदेशक समेत 11 आरोपियों को पूछताछ के बाद रविवार को न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया गया है। <\/span><\/h3>\n

इस संबंध में सभी के विरुद्ध नामजद प्राथमिकी ब्रह्मापुरा थाने में दर्ज की गई है। <\/span><\/h3>\n

बता दें कि शनिवार को गुप्त सूचना मिलने पर एसएसपी रंजीत कुमार मिश्रा के आदेश पर विशेष पुलिस टीम ने चिटफंड कंपनी के उक्त दफ्तर पर छापेमारी की थी। जिसमें लैपटॉप, कंप्यूटर, करीब 65 हजार रुपये, कई कागजात व अन्य सामान जब्त किए गए थे। कार्यालय को सील कर दिया गया था। <\/span><\/h3>\n

पुलिस जांच में पता चला कि ग्राहकों को 34 फीसद ब्याज दर पर लोन दिया जाता था। बिना आरबीआइ के रजिस्ट्रेशन के फाइनेंस का धंधा और बैंकों से 22 फीसद अधिक ब्याज भी वसूल रहा था। स्टांप लगे सादे कागज पर हस्ताक्षर भी कराकर रख लेता था। <\/span><\/h3>\n

जेल जाने वालों में कंपनी के प्रबंध निदेशक अनिवेश कुमार उर्फ सन्नी, महेश कुमार, सुनील कुमार, रामबाबू झा, मनीष कुमार, अरुण कुमार, पुनीत कुमार, प्रदीप कुमार, पवन कुमार, राकेश कुमार और राजेश कुमार शामिल हैं। <\/span><\/h3>\n

पुलिस का कहना है कि गत सप्ताह मोतिहारी पुलिस ने लाखों के गबन व फर्जीवाड़े के आरोप में कंपनी के प्रबंध निदेशक को गिरफ्तार किया था। मोतिहारी कोर्ट में प्रस्तुत किए जाने के बाद वहां से जमानत मिल गई थी। कई वर्ष पूर्व भी एक मामले में अनिवेश को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेजे जाने की बात सामने आई है। उससे संबंधित रिकार्ड भी खंगाला जा रहा है। <\/span><\/h3>\n

जब्त किए गए कंप्यूटर व लैपटॉप को विशेषज्ञों से संपर्क कर खंगाला जा रहा है। इसके साथ ही लोन लेने वाले ग्राहकों के बयान भी दर्ज किए जाएंगे। ताकि ठोस साक्ष्य बनाकर आरोपियों को सजा दिलाई जा सके। <\/span><\/h3>\n

बैंक खाते को फ्रीज की कवायद <\/span><\/h3>\n

कंपनी के बैंक खाते को फ्रीज करने की कवायद शुरू कर दी गई है। पुलिस का कहना है कि सोमवार को संबंधित बैंक से संपर्क कर खातों के संबंध में पता लगाया जाएगा, ताकि उनकी राशि भी जब्त की जा सके। <\/span><\/h3>\n

-कंपनी के आय के स्रोत्र के संबंध में भी पता लगाया जा रहा है। कंपनी के पास इतनी राशि कहां से आई व आयकर में क्या रिटर्न है। इन सभी बिन्दुओं पर जांच के लिए पुलिस की तरफ से आयकर विभाग को भी पत्राचार किया जाएगा। <\/span><\/h3>\n

– गैरकानूनी कार्य में शामिल लोगों पर नकेल कसने के लिए विशेष पुलिस टीम सूचना संग्रह कर कार्रवाई कर रही है। फर्जीवाड़े से संबंधित थाने में दर्ज पूर्व के मामलों के रिकार्ड को भी खंगाला रहा है। सभी मामलों की समीक्षा कर फरार आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी की जाएगी। <\/span><\/h3>\n
