पिछड़ा वर्ग विकास संगठन के नेतृत्व में पचास से ज्यादा पीड़ित दोपहर आईजी दफ्तर पहुंचे. पीड़ितों ने श्री सिंह को समस्यायें बताई. उन्हें बताया गया कि करोड़ों रुपये निवेश कराने वाली इस कंपनी की दो दर्जन से ज्यादा शाखाओं में अब ताले लग गये हैं. <\/span><\/h3>\n

जमाकर्ताओं को कोई जवाब देने वाला नहीं है. एचबीएन में छग के दस हजार लोगोें के 5 सौ करोड़ रुपये फंसे हैं. कंपनी कभी-कभार पीड़ितों को चेक देती है, वह भी बाऊंस हो जाता है. एक ओर कंपनी द्वारा कोर्ट में वादा किया गया है कि जमाकर्ताओं को भुगतान किया जा रहा है, जबकि दूसरी ओर निवेशकों को दिये गये चेक बाऊंस हो रहे हैं. <\/span><\/h3>\n

पीड़ितों ने मांग की कि कंपनी के फरार डायरेक्टरों को गिरफ्तार किया जाये. बर्बादी की कगार पर पहुंच चुके निवेशकों को राहत दिलाने के लिये कंपनी की संपत्ति सीज की जाये. यदि ऐसा नहीं हुआ तो दूसरे डायरेक्टर भी भारत से फरार होने का प्रयास कर सकते हैं. पीड़ितों ने बताया कि डायरेक्टरों की घेरेबंदी करने और संपत्ति कुर्की की प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ करने का आश्वासन दिया गया है. जल्द ही कार्रवाई की उच्च स्तरीय समीक्षा की जायेगी. <\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n
