नई दिल्ली <\/span>– पिछले एक साल से तिहाड़ जेल में बंद सहारा समूह के चीफ सुब्रत रॉय अगले सप्ताह जेल से बाहर आ सकते हैं। सहारा समूह ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट को सूचना दी कि वह 5000 करोड़ रूपए की बैंक गारंटी के साथ तैयार है। <\/span><\/h3>\n

रॉय की रिहाई के लिए समूह को 10000 करोड़ रूपए सेबी के पास जमा करना था। रॉय की कंपनी कोर्ट के निर्देशानुसार निवेशकों को उनका पैसा चुकाने में नाकाम रहने के चलते वे एक साल से ज्यादा समय से जेल में बंद हैं। <\/span><\/h3>\n

सहारा का केस लड़ रहे कपिल सिब्बल ने बताया कि 13 मई तक यह रकम सेबी के पास जमा कर दी जाएगी। सहारा समूह 5000 करोड़ कैश में से 3200 करोड़ रूपए पहले ही सेबी के पास जमा कर चुका है और बकाया रकम चुकाने के लिए अपनी प्रॉपर्टीज बेच रहा है। <\/span><\/h3>\n

सुप्रीम कोर्ट के निर्देशानुसार सहारा को कुल 24000 करोड़ रूपए चुकाने है, जिस पर सहारा ने तर्क दिया था कि वह निवेशकों की 95 फीसदी रकम उन्हें लौटा चुके हैं। केस की अगली सुनवाई 14 मई को होनी है। <\/span><\/h3>\n

इस साल की शुरूआत में सहारा ने कहा था कि वह अमरीकी कंपनी मिराज कैपिटल ग्रुप के साथ डील कर अपने विदेशी होटलों पर लोन लेने के बेहद करीब है, लेकिन बाद में बात नहीं बनी।<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n
