छत्तीसगढ़\/रायगढ़<\/span>– नटवरपुर के किसानों से पीएसीएल कंपनी द्वारा कौड़ियों के मोल ली गई 215 एकड़ जमीन की लड़ाई जाति को लेकर उलझ गई है। धनवार से धनुहार हो चुके नटवरपुर के किसान जहां खुद को आदिवासी बता रहे हैं तो शासन के रिकार्ड के मुताबिक धनुहार जाति शासकीय प्रलेखों में आदिवासी की लिस्ट में नहीं हैं। <\/span><\/h3>\n

सेबी से अपनी निवेश स्कीम में फर्जीवाड़े के कारण पहले ही बैन हो चुकी पीएसीएल कंपनी और नटवरपुर की जमीन बिक्री का मामला एक बार फिर जिन्न की तरह बोतल से बाहर निकल आया है। 9 साल पहले नटवरपुर में किसानों से 215 एकड़ जमीन को खरीदने वाली पीएसीएल कंपनी जहां अब तक इसका नामांतरण नहीं करा सकी है। वहीं मामूली कीमत में अपनी अपनी पुश्तैनी जमीन बेचने के बाद भी गांव के कुछ किसानों को उनका हक नहीं मिल सका है। <\/span><\/h3>\n

अब प्रशासन द्वारा शुरू की गई दोबारा से जांच में भी जमीन दलालों एवं कंपनी के बिचौलियों की परेशानी बढ़ने लगी है। इस प्रकरण में कई पेंच हैं। मतलब धनुहार जाति क्या सच में आदिवासी जाति धनवार का अपभ्रंश है या सामान्य जाति है। सितम्बर 2006 में सूचना के अधिकार के तहत दी गई जानकारी में तत्कालीन तहसीलदार अतुल शेटे ने धनुहार जाति को आदिवासी नहीं माना था। <\/span><\/h3>\n

वहीं जानकारों के मुताबिक धनुहार मूल रूप से धनवार जाति का ही अपभ्रंश है। अब यदि प्रशासन यह सिद्ध करने में कामयाब हो जाए कि धनुहार भी आदिवासी है तो नटवरपुर का जमीन मामला धारा 170 ख के तहत आ जाएगा और किसानों को जमीन वापस करनी होगी और अगर ऐसा नहीं होता है तो उस समय जिन जमीन दलालों के साथ बलपूर्वक रजिस्ट्री कराई गई थी उन पर धोखाधड़ी जुर्म दर्ज किया जाएगा।<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n
