हरियाणा\/समैन <\/span>: पीएसीएल (प‌र्ल्स ग्रुप) में निवेश करने वाले ग्राहकों की नींद हराम है। करीब एक साल से आवश्वासन सुन रहे थे कि जल्द साल राहत मिलने वाली है। कंपनी पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में केस चल रहा है और अभी तक कोई राहत की उम्मीद नजर नहीं आ रही। कंपनी से जुड़े अधिकारियों की माने तो फिलहाल ग्राहकों को कोई राहत मिलने की उम्मीद नहीं है। <\/span><\/h3>\n

पीएसीएल लिमिटेड टोहाना शाखा के प्रबंधक ने बताया कि फिलहाल मामला सुप्रीम-कोर्ट में है व कंपनी के सभी खाते सीज हैं। जब तक मामले का निपटारा नहीं हो जाता तब तक इस बारे में कुछ भी कहना मुश्किल है। अधिकारियों के अनुसार सुप्रीम कोर्ट में मामले की अगली सुनवाई 7 जुलाई को है। <\/span><\/h3>\n

उधर कंपनी में पैसा लगाए बैठे उन हजारों ग्राहकों की सांसें फूलने लगी है, जिनकी पॉलिसी मैच्योर हो चुकी है। उनके सामने सवाल ये है कि भुगतान किससे करवाएं। इससे पहले सेबी ने कंपनी को साफ आदेश दिया था कि वह तीन महीनों के अन्दर ग्राहकों से जुटाई गई रकम का पैसा वापस करें। प‌र्ल्स ग्रुप की कंपनी पीएसीएल ने हरियाणा के विभिन्न शहरों व ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के ग्राहकों में अपनी विशेष पैठ बनाई है। खासकर ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के कम पढ़े-लिखे ग्राहकों को कंपनी ने अपने साथ जोड़ा है। <\/span><\/h3>\n

फिलहाल कंपनी से जुड़े ग्राहक परेशान है। कंपनी में काम करे रहे कर्मचारी ऑफिस में खाली बैठे हैं। यदि कंपनी से जुड़े व्यक्तियों की माने तो केवल टोहाना व आस-पास के क्षेत्र में ही कंपनी ने जुड़े पचास हजार से अधिक ग्राहक है। इन ग्राहकों से कंपनी ने करोड़ों रूपये प्रीमियम के रूप में एकत्रित किए है। <\/span><\/h3>\n

हालाकि इन आंकड़ों के बारे में अधिकारिक रूप से पुष्टि नहीं है। इस बारे में पीएसीएल टोहाना शाखा के प्रबंधक सूर्य किरण बातचीत की गई तो उन्होनें कहा कि वह इस बारे में कोई जानकारी नहीं दे सकते। इस बारे में जानकारी के लिए उनके हैड ऑफिस से ही जुटाई जा सकती है। उन्होंने कहा कि जब उनके पास रुपये आएंगे तो वे ग्राहकों को दे देंगे। <\/span><\/h3>\n

टोहाना के एक ग्राहक मनोज कुमार ने बताया कि उन्होंने कंपनी में साढ़े तीन लाख रुपये की एफडी करवाई है। मनोज कुमार के अनुसार उन्हें अब शक होने लगा है कि शायद उनका पैसा न लौट पाए। इससे पहले गांव समैन के दर्जनों ग्राहक कंपनी की बढ़ती मुश्किलों से परेशान अपने-अपने खाते बंद कर चुके हैं।<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n
