QNet: Ferriera and others submitted fake documents to the court, clams EOW

Once again QNet is in the news, all for wrong reasons. Recently, the Economic Offences shared that QNet leaders misled the Court by submitting a fake document along with their bail applications. And the same was denied by the police officer who signed or prepared the documents.

The F.I.R was registered by Enforcement Directorate (ED) upon the company for money laundering of 425 crores. The Economic Offences Wing (E.O.W) has told the session court that the document submitted by the Q-NET leader is deceptive and bogus.

E.O.W has also informed that Police Sub Inspector (PSI) involved in it as PSI was only the one to created the affidavit and submit it.However Pandu Kumar Rathod (PSI) has denied to accept any charge of creating affidavit and has also given a clean chit to himself saying “I state and declare before the court that the documents which were relied upon the applicants in their anticipatory bail applicants as the statement recorded by me and the report prepared by me are not the documents prepared by me and I have no knowledge regarding the matter”.

The accused’s name includes of seven people –The Former World Billiards champion Michael Ferreira, Srinavas Ra Vanka, Magarlal Viravali Balaji, Malclm Nozer Desai, Navjyot Mahesh Das, Chinar Surendra Shinde and Mereilla Kumar Dutta.

MLM helping plan website HELPING-HANDS.US is no longer opening. The people who invested money with HELPING-HANDS.US are in distress. There were already reports that the company was not paying to the people.

In particular we received two complaints from Piyush Tripathi – 8115946367 and D.P.Singh – 9792040403. They reported that their downlines are not receiving payments from quite some time.

We tried to contact people at HELPING-HANDS.US but there was no response.

There are many such mlm ponzi scams, which are operating the market but the investors are in tizzy, when they vanish from the market. The irony is that the government and the agencies such as SEBI have not been able to crack many of such investment based ponzi schemes.

On Bail Amway India CEO William Pinckney released

Today Amway India CEO William S Pinckney was granted bail by the court. Two month back he was arrest by Andhra Pradesh Police in connection with criminal cases.

Business Tip of the Day:

Build a team, build people, build a community….don’t just build a business.

Network marketing means, by definition: Marketing to YOUR Network. Your network should be people you KNOW. Friends, family, co-workers, community members. Sit down with them, build community, get in homes, CONNECT.

Do you know that SOME people join a company JUST for the community? Not everyone wants money or needs products. Some will stay for years or decades just because they “belong” to a group!

In a day of technology, so many people are trying to build remotely…”Use this tool”, “use that tool,” “Automate your sign ups”, “generate leads while you sleep”, “work from your computer”….all just propaganda to get You to join them.

The most successful and sustainable companies in this industry teach people to build long term relationships and communities. Nothing, and I mean NOTHING, replaces human connection. Showing people how much you care, looking them in the eye, being there in person to help them get through the process that they may be terrified of and connecting is not only important, it is imperative. If they live far, skype is great, phone second best.

I love sitting down with people. I LOVE getting into homes and sharing stories, answering questions, and those “sit on the counter until midnight chats”. I love really getting to know my business partners, their hopes, dreams, goals, why, family and what they want out of the journey. If you do this, you will never need to look to cold market for leads.

Think about this: if You know 100 people who know 100 people, who know 100 people, that is 1 MILLION people in your first three levels of your network. You are looking for people who are looking. You are looking to find people like: YOU.

Throwing people in the system as fast as possible is exciting for sure, but I will take one-on-one time any day of the week. Much more sustainable. People need to feel important, like they belong.

Leaders: my best advice to you is go find the newest people on your team that are excited to join you and CONNECT with them. If they are local, get in their homes, take them to coffee, lunch, or to your home and stay plugged in with them.

Go slow to go the distance.‪

Ed notice to Amway: Sent 8000 crore to US in the past 10 years

One after another, the woes for Amway India are not reaching to any conclusion in India. Amway India’s CEO Bill Pinckney, is still in police custody at Hyderabad. Now the Enforcement Directorate issued a show cause notice to Amway India for the violations of Fema (Foreign Exchange Management Act).

The ED has found that Amway India repatriated Rs 8,000 crore to the United States from India in the past 10 years.

An official in the Enforcement Directorate said, We have issued a show cause notice to Amway after completing the investigation. The violations regarding Fema are being looked into for the repatriation of Rs 8,000 crore in the past 10 years.
