भारत की सबसे बड़ी चिटफंड कंपनियों में शुमार PACL INDIA LIMITED के खिलाफ अब उसी के ऐजेंट सड़कों पर उतर आए हैं। पंजाब के संगरूर में कंपनी के ऐजेंटों ने आफिस के बाहर धरना दिया एवं पैसों की मांग की। ना देने पर गंभीर परिणाम भुगताने की चेतावनी भी दी।
कर्मजीत सिंह बरनाला, जोगा सिंह चीमा, दर्शन देवी भवानीगढ़ व परमजीत सिंह कलेर ने कहा कि कंपनी द्वारा लोगों के साथ धोखा किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने एजेंट बनकर लोगों के करोड़ों रुपये कंपनी में इंवेस्टमेंट करवाए थे, लेकिन कंपनी द्वारा अदायगी न देने पर वह फंस चुके हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि वह दो दिन से ब्रांच मैनेजर से मिलने के लिए दफ्तर के चक्कर काट रहे हैं, लेकिन ब्रांच मैनेजर रफूचक्कर है।
कर्मजीत सिंह बरनाला ने कहा कि उनके ग्रुप ने चार करोड़ रुपये सीडीबीपी व आइवीपी स्कीम में लगाए लगा रखा है। मूल चंद मूनक ने बताया कि उसके 45 हजार रुपये, जोगा सिंह चीमा के 5 लाख रुपये, राधा रानी भवानीगढ़ के 5 लाख, मनजीत सिंह भवानीगढ़ ने 4 लाख, चमन लाल ने 5 लाख, जसविंदर कौर धूरी ने पांच लाख, सुखदेव संह चंगाल ने 50 हजार व सुखविंदर सिंह चंगाल ने 50 हजार रुपये कंपनी में लगे हैं। कंपनी की शर्तो के इसका डबल उनको मिलता था। परंतु 9 माह बीत जाने के बावजूद अभी तक कुछ नहीं मिला। कंपनी तरह-तरह के हथकंडे अपनाकर लोगों को गुमराह कर रही है। एजेंटों ने एलान किया कि यदि उन्हें जल्द ही आगामी न की गई तो वह कंपनी के खिलाफ सख्त एक्शन लेंगे।
सीबीआइ ने सील कर रखे हैं खाते
ब्रांच मैनेजर जसमेल सिंह ने कहा कि कंपनी के खातों को सीबीआइ ने सील किया हुआ है। जैसे खाते खुलेंगे सभी की अदायगी कर दी जाएगी।

I have some important news for you. SEBI is going to recover all amount from PACL by selling its property and after recovering amount near about 55,000 crore they will distribute it to all investors by a formal process. till now SEBI has recovered Rs 212.02 crore in their account now they will sell remaining property of PACL and when all amount will be collected then they will distribute it to investors.
