    New series of summer cosmetic products by Amway

    Amway India introduced new collection of summer colour of cosmetics in the Bihar state. “The summer colour includes four shades of nail colour, six shades of lip colour and a range of lip-gloss.

    The products are consumed with the goodness of jojoba oil, vitamin-E and almond oil. The new lines of the natural, warm, exciting and fashionable tones of summer collection under Attitude brand name would appeal the young women.” Diptarag Bhattarcharjee, Vice President- East Region, spoke to reporters here.

    The cost of the new Attitude summer collection of lip colours is Rs 295 and it is available in six different varieties of Berry Rose, Gorgeous Wine, Peach Fantasy, Red Kids, Metallic Bronze and Truly Fuchsia. Whereas the four new Attitude nail colours Rave Peach, Bitten Berry, Hot Fuchsia and Mystic Silver are priced for Rs 199, said Bhattarcharjee attended with Area Manager, Bihar and Jharkhand.

    According to Sarbani Bhattacharya of Amway India, the beauty market pacing up in every big and small city and not just in metros. Bihar is one of the prime markets for the company as it adds about 17 percent of the sale of its products in India.

    Bhattarcharjee said, Rs 52 crore was the total revenue collection from Bihar in the 2013.

    “नेटवर्क मार्केटिंग” तेज़ी से बढ़ती हुआ एक शक्तिशाली माध्यम है, और इसके साथ एक अच्छा ‘करियर प्लान’ मिल जाए तो हमारे सभी सपने पूरे हो सकते हैं. सही प्लान नहीं मिलने की वजह से मज़बूरी में निम्न ‘घोटालों’ से जुड़ना पड़ता है……आइए, जानें इनके बारे में…

    “बाइनरी”: इनके बारे में ना तो सॉफ़्टवेयर जानता है, ना कोई लीडर, ना मॅनेज्मेंट… आज तक किसी के पास इसका जवाब नहीं है कि एक जाय्निंग से कितने पेयर उठेंगे? जब पेयर हिट बढ़ जाते हैं तो कंपनियाँ या तो भाग जाती हैं या प्लान में परिवर्तन कर देती हैं / सीलिंग या कॅपिंग लगा देती हैं(बंद करने का दूसरा तरीका है यह)

    “प्रॉडक्ट-प्लान”: प्रॉडक्ट को बनाने से लेकर घर तक पहुँचने में ही सब-कुछ खर्च हो जाता है तो नेटवर्क में क्या खाक बँटेगा??? साथ ही एक और सिर-दर्द कि आपको व आपकी टीम को हर महीने प्रॉडक्ट खरीदना ही होगा, इनकम चाहिए तो… यानि इनको जाय्न करने का मतलब है…बिना तनख़्वाह के ‘सेल्स-मेन’

    “इनवेस्टमेंट”: एक की टोपी दूसरे के सर पे… ये ‘मोटा’ रिटर्न देने का वादा करते हैं और तब तक ही चलते हैं जब तक ‘देनदारी’, आनेवाले इनवेस्टमेंट से कम रहती है.

    “ग्रोथ”: यह है ‘इनवेस्टमेंट’ का ही एक नया प्रकार.

    “भारतीय कंपनियाँ”: हम में से कोई भी व्यक्ति मात्र 15000रु में ROC में अपनी कंपनी रजिस्टर करवा के करोड़ों लूट के गायब हो सकता है, फिर नये शहर में नये नाम से नयी कंपनी खोल के फिर वही लूट मचा सकता है, यहाँ कोई क़ानून नहीं है, अतः ऐसा रोज़ होता है, लोगों को भी अब इस बात की आदत हो गयी है. भारत में अब तक बाइनरी प्लान ही बने हैं… बाइनरी प्लान का मतलब है, शुरुआत के कुछ महीनों तक कंपनी व उसके टॉप लीडरों को बहुत बड़ी इनकम पहुँचती है… बाद में जब पैयर हिट बढ़ते हैं, और पेमेंट करने की बारी आती है तो कंपनियाँ, पैसा खिलाकर अपना शटर डाउन करके भाग जाती हैं. यह कम बड़े सुनियोजित तरीके से होता है… कुछ दिनों तक हंगामा होता है… फिर लोग भूल जाते हैं… उन कंपनियों के मालिक पब्लिक के पैसों पे अकाध साल ऐश करते हैं… फिर दूसरे शहर में नया बाइनरी प्लान नये नाम से शुरू होता है… “लूटमार” चालू आहे!!!

    “सर्वे”: इसने तो किसी को भी नहीं छोड़ा होगा, अत: सब जानते ही हैं.

    “एड-व्यू”, “एड-क्लिक”, “पीपीसी”(पे-पर-क्लिक): ‘सर्वे’ के भाई-बहिन

    तो, फिर क्या करें??????
