Today Amway India CEO William S Pinckney was granted bail by the court. Two month back he was arrest by Andhra Pradesh Police in connection with criminal cases.
Amway India also confirmed that Pinckney was granted bail in all the cases in Andhra Pradesh.

Lot of direct sales companies and IDSA have been lobbying hard to get direct selling legislation/MLM law in place to clear distinction between direct selling legislation and the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act (PCMCS).
Last year also Pinckney was arrested by Kerala Police along with two company directors on charges of alleged financial irregularities under the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act (PCMCS).
