Some MLM companies are openly flouts SEBI norms and offers 120% returns in a year through stock market investment and it has not only with such plans. Some netwrokers are offering such high returns with FOREX plans, even after knowing that FOREX trading is banned in India as per RBI. FEMA makes it illegal. There are many other plans, who fall in the same context, they have something to do with internet.
My suggestion to all hard working people would be that stay away from networking plans, who offers monthly returns. Below is the report which was covered in the month of December 2010, many knew about it, still people had faith on the company, their MD, and of course uplines.
