Cybercrime on Rise Since Last Year

It is quite bizarre to see the increase of cybercrime with such high margin. 168 percent of rise just in a year needs alarming and attention. From 63 in 2012 the number of cyber instances went up to 169 in the year 2013. The involvement of media took room when few days back “employee of the month” competition in which a Ferrari car was offered for the blueprint of the best online scam made headlines, as per Mumbai Police.

In the first quarter of this year there are 54 cases already filled and by the end the cybercrime denomination will 200 mark. Half of the total case in India is recorded to be in Mumbai from 2010. Experts have also predicted that losing of more money will be faced, almost summing up the loss of last three years.

84 cases have registered for obscene emails, SMS’s and MMS’s whereas 78 cases have been lodged for credit card fraud.

Police considers card fraud is the most troublesome drift. It has been raised by 300 percent from 2012-2013. Obscene emails and other related crime have also jumped by 191 percent from 2012-2013.

32 cases have been registered for hacking since 2010. The first quarter of this year has registered 8 cases which speaks for the next coming.

Vicky Shah cybercrime lawyer said, nailing cyber criminals might be time taking but not difficult. “The process of tracking needs time due to several factors but the technology used for offence and crime is traceable.”

JCP(crime), Sadanand Date said, “tracking and catching criminals of the cyber crime would need special police skills and special departments. The training for such crime is being propelled and with time, we will be ready to face the crime.”

Online expert Vijay Mukhi said procuring justice is hard and the system has been unsuccessful regarding this matter. “ It is necessary to sentence criminals for a long time otherwise the cybercrime rate will not decrease. A special court is required to handle all cybercrime related cases. It is the high time for taking actions.”
New series of summer cosmetic products by Amway

Amway India introduced new collection of summer colour of cosmetics in the Bihar state. “The summer colour includes four shades of nail colour, six shades of lip colour and a range of lip-gloss.

The products are consumed with the goodness of jojoba oil, vitamin-E and almond oil. The new lines of the natural, warm, exciting and fashionable tones of summer collection under Attitude brand name would appeal the young women.” Diptarag Bhattarcharjee, Vice President- East Region, spoke to reporters here.

The cost of the new Attitude summer collection of lip colours is Rs 295 and it is available in six different varieties of Berry Rose, Gorgeous Wine, Peach Fantasy, Red Kids, Metallic Bronze and Truly Fuchsia. Whereas the four new Attitude nail colours Rave Peach, Bitten Berry, Hot Fuchsia and Mystic Silver are priced for Rs 199, said Bhattarcharjee attended with Area Manager, Bihar and Jharkhand.

According to Sarbani Bhattacharya of Amway India, the beauty market pacing up in every big and small city and not just in metros. Bihar is one of the prime markets for the company as it adds about 17 percent of the sale of its products in India.

Bhattarcharjee said, Rs 52 crore was the total revenue collection from Bihar in the 2013.

Hope Entrepreneurs Under Suspicion for Running Pyramid Scheme

Well-known MLM leader Mehdi Rizvi has claimed that Hope Entrepreneurs Pvt Ltd have been running a hidden pyramid scheme. According to Rizvi the Hope group have been manipulating and luring people for profits in the name of multi-level marketing.

Rizvi also mentioned in his information for his followers to not use this company’s plan as later it may result hazardous. The chief operators of the company according to Rizvi are Darshan Somaiya and Shahnawaz Sumrani. They claim for Hope group to be a multi national company but till now there has not been any trace of the group outside India.

Rizvi stated there is more nuisances running inside the company that haven’t been discovered yet but soon it will be all visible.

“After trying to get in touch with the company I only found no good reasons and to visit the office which is far away. There was no response when asked for the information. “

“My personal experience was really bad with this company and I would request from investors to not get involve in this group’s plan. I have necessary proofs for helping in the investigation.

Company is totally fake and irresponsible as the spelling of the company is different on their smart card. I expect to return the product and receive my money.”

Amway Measures 16 percent Hike in Odisha

Amway Group, India has presented a 16 percent of hike in the Odisha state during the financial year 2013.

The well-known international network-marketing group pronounced this news at a press conference in Odisha. According to the vice president of the east zone Mr. Diptarag Bhattacharjee, Odisha has appeared as one of the prominent state among the chief 10 states of India regarding development and business prospects.

There was also an announcement for the launch of a new line of summer colors under the brand Attitude in Odisha and in the eastern province. Bhattacharjee mentioned, “The latest launch of ‘Attitude Summer colors’ delivers a larger choice of colourful cosmetics for every user. The motive for the new launch aims on youth section and to grab a strong holds on the beauty section of Amway.”

The conference also had the presence of other known Amway dignitaries like, Bishnu Prashad Mohapatra (Amway India Area Manager, Odisha), Sarbani Bhattacharya (Manager, Corporate Communication, East).

In the year 2013, the Amway India group recorded a remarkable turnover of Rs 2,169 crore. The hike measured was of 20 percent compound annual growth rate in a five-year duration between 2008-2013.
