When is the right time to take Network Marketing full-time job? Mostly people ask this question to their uplines and the obvious answer they get is ” Right Now”. I don’t agree with them, you know why? The success ratio in network marketing is between 3 to 7 percent. Network Marketing is just like any other business in your vicinity. Did you ever notice that out of 7 grocery shops, 3-4 closed after a year. Indian Direct Selling Association (IDSA) welcomes probe on Speak Asia
Lately many direct selling companies in India have asked government to look for a framework to regulate direct selling companies. The Direct selling industry projected at Rs 7,120 cr by 2012-13, till date there have not been a clear guidelines for the MLM companies. companies who are part of IDSA are saying that just because of these get rich quick schemes, the name of other good companies have come under questions. Speak Asia can withdraw surveys anytime, says its legal advisor
Senior lawyer Ashok Saraogi has said that since Speak Asia is offering reward points for filling up surveys as an additional benefit, it can withdraw these if its contracts with its clients ends. Notably, not a single official from Speak Asia was present during the press conference called by its legal advisor in Mumbai.
What we understand from this statement is, the money(Rs.11000) panelist paid to Speak Asia was for the subscription of monthly e-magazine called ” Surveys Today”. Speak Asia has also said that anytime they can stop sending surveys to the panelist as it is an additional benefit given by the company and there is no refund policy. (more…)

Police Investigate Speak Asia Online at Mumbai

Speak Asia Online, is being investigated by Mumbai police while the Union government is mulling a serious fraud probe into its affairs.Authorities woke up after critics and investors of Speak Asia’s consumer survey-based business model smelt in it a “Ponzi scheme.
The government may ask the Serious Frauds Investigation Office (SFIO) to probe Speak Asia. “Our officers are examining the details and it is a very sensitive matter involving lakhs of investors,” corporate affairs minister Murli Deora. (more…)
